Return Policy
We're excited to announce that our Carlsbad store follows the same policies as our online shop! This also means that all store credits and gift cards can be used both in-store and online.
An item may be returned two ways, in-store OR through our online returns portal!
- Unworn
- Unwashed
- With original tags intact
- Free of stains, odors, animal hair, and damage
Items may be eligible for return or exchange within 30-days of purchase.
Rylee + Cru, Quincy Mae, and Play by R+C items are available for exchange, store credit, and refund to the original payment source.
Noralee items are eligible for exchange or return for store credit ONLY.
