A Simple Return Process with Lots of Options

Accessing Your Account

1. Click on the account icon in the top right corner or access it from the footer.
2. Sign in with Google for easy access to order history and returns.

Initiating the Return

1. Click to start the return process.
2. Answer questions about the return: exchange for a new size, refund, shop with bonus credit, etc.

Choosing Return Options

1. Options include exchanging, refunding, getting store credit with bonus, refunding to original payment method, or a combination.
2. Note that you can shop directly on the site with your returned amount PLUS bonus credit immediately.
3. Any return for store credit will issue you a gift card as soon as your return package is scanned as in transit
4. Select the desired option and proceed.

Shopping or Refunding

1. Use available credit to shop on the site.
2. Receive email confirmation with a return label to print and attach to the package.

Returning the Item

1. Send the item back in its original packaging.
2. Track the return and expect an exchange or refund within seven days of it reaching the distribution center.

Contacting for Assistance

1. Use the status portal to contact customer service for any questions or concerns.
2. Expect a response within 24 hours for any queries related to the return process.
