Were you gifted a gift card :) or returned an order for store credit?

Unfortunately, orders that are placed using a gift card or store credit do not qualify for earning Loyalty Points.

However, there is good news! If the store credit was issued through a return, these points were awarded at the point of purchase on the original order. 

OR, at the time the gift card was purchased!

In these cases, points are awarded at the time of the transaction, ensuring you still have the opportunity to benefit from our loyalty program.
