My Order Hasn't Delivered or is MissingUpdated 18 days ago

Is your order missing, stuck in transit, or marked as delivered but you can't locate it? 


We strive to deliver your order as quickly as possible. However, there may be unexpected delays with mailing carriers due to unforeseen road or weather conditions. Occasionally, a package may take a wrong turn and end up on a path that seems too far from its intended destination. Fortunately, these packages are typically rerouted with minimal delays.

Please understand that The Rylee + Cru Collective Team cannot guarantee delivery dates due to the policies of our shipping providers, and we cannot control any delays that may occur within the carrier. The delivery estimates we provide are just that—estimates. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience.


USPS:

It's not uncommon for carriers to mark packages as “delivered” before they have reached your doorstep/mailbox. We recommend waiting at least 10 business days for your carrier to redeliver your package, as we've found that, in most cases, it arrives within this timeframe. in this timeframe.

FedEx:  

Most of our delivered shipments include a photo; however, this is not always the case. If the photo does not correspond to your residence, please check with your neighbors—human errors can happen in the delivery process.


Additionally, please ensure that you ship to a secure location, as we cannot issue refunds or reship orders once tracking confirms delivery.

Keep in mind that tracking updates may not show until your package reaches its next stop for scanning, and occasionally, some scanning destinations may be skipped. If you don’t see any progress within 10 days, please contact us, and we will promptly address any issues with the carrier.
