Yes, you can easily return your gifted items as long as the products are within the policy return window, free of any damage or wear, and still with the original tags intact!

Go to our returns portal - and select "Start gift return here" and you're all set to walk through the process of your exchange / return for credit. 

*Please note, if you do not choose start gift return here, the purchaser will be notified.

Once we receive your returned item(s), please allow up to 10 business days for processing. You will receive a store credit via email in the form of an e-gift card code.

If you are exchanging an item and did not select the instant exchange option, we recommend returning the item(s) as soon as possible to expedite your exchange process.

**Items must be purchased directly from our site to be eligible for a return and/or exchange.
