Once an order is placed, reward points have a 5-day pending period from the purchase date :) After the 5-day period, your points and order will be reflected in your account!

And, referral points have a 30-day pending period. 

After the pending period, the points will be ready to be redeemed! You will want to copy and paste the code at checkout.
