Let's find your order status!

Please note that most orders ship within a 1-5 business day window (Monday to Friday) and you will get an automated update as soon as your order leaves our warehouse in San Diego, CA. If you haven't gotten the order confirm yet, it either hasn't shipped or that confirm potentially went into a spam folder so please check there first. 

We have an order history / tracking tool built in here to customize your experience and expedite any info you may need regarding your order. Check your order history, track a shipment, create an easy return, and view all of your loyalty points all in this one place. 

If you have your order info on you, you can track directly here as well. 

Please note that some carriers will scan as "delivered" prior to actually dropping the package so please allow 24 hours for your package to show up after you see a delivered status.
