Damaged Item/OrderUpdated 18 days ago

If your item(s) arrive damaged, unusable, or in an unacceptable condition due to transit or suspected manufacturing defects, please follow these steps on our Contact Us page:

 

1. Enter your name and email address.

2. Select "Damaged Product" as the subject.

3. In the message box, provide your order number and describe the issue.

4. Attach photos of the damaged or defective item(s). Please include close-up photos of the defect as well as a full photo of the item. If the box was also damaged during transit, please provide a photo of that as well.

 

Providing all of this information upfront will greatly improve our ability to resolve your issue quickly.

*Please notify us within 30 days of the delivery date. Items must be in new and unworn condition with the original tags attached. Items that have been washed or worn are not eligible for returns or exchanges if any damage is related to standard wear and tear.
