If your item(s) arrive damaged, unusable, or otherwise in unacceptable condition from transit or has defects you suspect from manufacturing, please follow the steps below..
1. Enter your name and email
2. Select "Damaged Product" as the subject
3. Provide the order number and describe the issue in the Message box
4. Upload pictures of the damaged item(s) in the Attach Files section. If the box was damaged in transit, please provide a picture of that as well.
Providing all of this upfront greatly improves our ability to give you a swift resolution.

*Please notify us within 30 days of the delivery date, items must be in new and unworn condition with the original tags attached. Items washed/worn are not eligible for returns/exchange when any damage is related to standard product wear and tear.
